Our Total Leadership Process combine the best of experiential leadership development through the sport of choice in business – golf – with a coaching philosophy grounded in inside-out “being” that leads to high-integrity “doing” that drives achievement and consistent Total Leadership Performance. The Game Within is composed into five critical domains of being and doing: 1.) Mental, 2.) Emotional, 3.) Spiritual, 4.) Physical and 5.) Technical. Mastering all five – not just one or two – is what separates elite, top 10 golfers from the also-rans. It also separates the great leader from those who are marginally competent.

With this in mind we developed a powerful coaching process for our clients to reach their Total Leadership Performance:

  • Intake: The first step of the coaching process is to help our clients become aware of their 5 domains.  During this step, clients do an online assessment, followed by a detailed review session.
  • Foundation: After the assessment, we will spend important time laying the critical domain foundation. During this significant stage we focus on the client’s lowest domains and how they can raise their performance levels in each of these.
  • Performance: After the foundation is laid, coaching will be focused on very specific performance challenges. One of the key factors is accountability, which will play an integral part in the coaching process.
  • Review: A review is done every three months to identify progress as well as possible stumbling blocks that need to be addressed.
  • Follow-up: One month after the coaching engagement is completed we will have a follow-up session to wrap it up. We realize the importance of sustainable growth. The Game Within is committed to equipping our clients for enduring success.
